Windows 10 purchase.

Hi, I'm from Singapore. I have Parallels desktop 11 on my Mac running on macOS Sierra. Following Parallels Wizard's directions to Microsoft Store and Payment Details it seems that I am unable to select my country of origin other than USA. Shall I proceed with the purchase or if there is any other link that I should be purchasing Windows 10 from?

Appreciate any help.
