I have a new MacBook Pro, and I am running Parallels 13 Pro. I had a VM for Windows 10 installed and it was running great. However, I just rebooted everything and now Windows 10's resolution is completely unusable. It comes up microscopically small and the fonts are completely distorted and completely unreadable. I have tried switching between all resolution options in Parallels, and all have issues. I am also unable to switch to coherence mode. I do have 2 external 4k monitors, however, I have tried to disconnect them and the problem persists. As of right now I am completely unable to work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Bob
So I was able to create a work around. I was able to get the resolution fixed by forcing shutdown of the Windows VM, shutting down Parallels, disconnecting both of my external monitors, then reopening parallels, and starting my VM. THEN after it was up and displaying correctly, I plugged in my external monitors. And I was also able to switch to coherence after that. So it appears that you cannot have the external displays connected when you start the VM. Anyone else having a similar issue? Bob
