Why does my Windows 10 VM say I have an x64 based system when I'm running it on an Apple with an i7 CPU?
Because you do... x64, means a 64bit processor. As opposed to x32 which is a 32bit processor (80286 etc..).
Hi @DavidK28 , you would have installed Windows 10 operating system which is built on 64 bit architecture , which is capable of handling large amounts of random access memory (RAM) more effectively than a 32-bit system.
