Windows 10 Stalls

I'm running Parallels 17 Standard Edition. I need it for work. It was working for a little while while, now it is not. Whenever I go to load it it stalls at the start page. All I see is Windows 10 Resuming... plus a spinning cog that never stops spinning as Windows does not start. I've already checked Security & Privacy. I have given Parallels Desktop Access to accessibility, Files and Folders, and Bluetooth. My Firewall is on and Parallels is listed.

Please let me know what else needs to be done to fix this.

Hello @LawrenceT2, Kindly take a backup of the Windows 10 virtual machine as mentioned in this link - How to backup a virtual machine (parallels.com). And then launch the Windows 10 virtual machine, In the Mac Menu bar > Click on Actions > Stop. And then restart the Windows 10 VM and check. Thanks.
