I upgrade my Parallels Desktop to 16.1.0 in my MBP 13-inch 2017 with macOS Big Sur. I start my VM Windows 10 and Parallels Desktop auto run the "re-installation of Parallels Tools". After the re-installation and reboot of VM Windows 10, then my start menu becomes mysterious. I don't know how to explain but I capture the screenshots here.
