Windows 10 start menu no longer in dock

The Windows 10 start menu is no longer showing up the Mac dock in Coherence mode. None of the settings were changed. It seems a software update is causing a permissions error or something like that.

All software is up to date. I've reinstalled windows as well as parallels multiple times. I've created new volumes as well. Also tried earlier parallels and windows 10 versions with no luck.

I'm also getting HDCP errors when playing back videos in windows, I suspect it's related. Everything was working perfectly before the last 2-3 weeks.

Hi BenjaminC6. Please refer this article to reinstall Parallels Tools and check if it helps. If you have any antivirus application installed on your Mac/Windows, please disable it while reinstalling the Parallels Tools.

Doesn't make a difference. Not using any antivirus software. Tried creating new Windows installations, same results.
