I am having trouble getting the time to sync properly between Mac OS and Windows 10 vm. I have my Mac set to Central daylight Time. In my Parallels setup I am setting to sync from the macOS. If I go into the Windows 10 time settings and turn off the automatic adjustment for daylight savings, the clock is off by 1 hour. If I turn it on it is correct. So, it's as if the windows settings are doing their own thing regardless of the setting in parallels.

To complicate matters, when I return from a trip to anywhere west of the Central time zone, my windows time zone reverts to Central America, not Central time. This again is not synced with the macOS. So, am I missing something? Should windows by using my time from the mac when I tell it to sync from the mac?
