Windows 10 - Which version?

I have installed under a Macbook Air 2018, macOS Mojave and Parallel Desktop 14. Now I want to install Windows 10 as a guest system. Is there a general recommendation as to which version to use? In terms of Speed. Home or Pro and 32 BIT or 64 BIT and how much storage is best to reserve. What is your experience? Sorry for my bad english
