Sorry for the duplicate threads, but I can't seem to get anyone's suggestions to work on my computer. I'm running Windows 10 on El Capitan (v.10.11.6). Windows has been trying to restart for 2 days. All my work was saved, so I tried to restart Windows = black screen. I can pause and resume the startup process and I get appropriate responses from Windows, but it reverts back to a black screen. Seems like this is associated with updates of some sort, but I can't quite figure it out. Can anyone resolve this issue???
