Windows 10 won´t start after upgrade to El Capitan 10.11.4

I´ve been running windows 10 for more than 6 months now without any problem.
Today I upgraded Mac OS to El Capitan 10.11.4 and after reboot I can't start windows 10 anymore.
When I start it just shows a blue screen without any text or fail messages, it is not the BSOD.
After a while it show a windows error dialog that says:
"cmd.exe Program error" and som text that it couldn´t run the aplication correctly.
After clicking the button Ok nothing more happens.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

I tried to shut down from Parallels but nothing happened.
Now I tried pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del, and then I got to the windows desktop but nothing was working.
From the start menu I managed to shut down windows.
After that I started windows once again from parallels and then everything was working again.
I tried restart and shutdown once more, and everything is working as it should.
Problem solved!
