Windows 11 Activation issue

Hello,
I'm a newbie and I'm having an issue with activating windows 11. I have installed parallels and then windows 11 pro. Now, I just can't activate it though it looks like I have a product key.
Now, when I hit activate I have this message popping up: "We can't activate windows on this device as we can't connect to your organization's activation server. Make sure you're connected to your organization's network and try again. Error code: 0x8007232B

How should I proceed?

Thank you for your feedback.

Please note that Parallels Desktop for Mac does not include Microsoft® Windows. A license for Parallels Desktop for Mac is the license key that allows you to activate only Parallels Desktop, the license key isn't supposed to activate Windows.
