Windows 11 ARM 2022-10 Cumulative Update (KB5018483) Fails to Install

    Anyone else have similar issues? All other updates install without problems but this one keeps failing. It seems to initially download and install without issue, but after the restart, it keeps saying something failed and it reverts back. I've tried it a few times.

    I am on Parallels 18.1.0
    OSX 12.6
    Macbook Pro M1 Pro
