Hello,
I'm having a massive problem. Windows 11 (on MB Air M1) no longer shuts down. No matter if I use the parallels menu, or windows start menu, or command prompt. It just does nothing. When I Reset the VM, it will boot normally and everything works fine except that I cannot shut i t down normally. I have disabled Fast Startup. I have also reinstalled Parallels Tools, though I was left to force restart by using the STOP / RESET command because like I said it does not shut down normally.
I am hoping for help by parallels staff. Thank you.
