Windows 11: No Taskbar

I have installed Windows 11 in a new Parallels VM. But when I start it (in Coherence Mode), the Windows Taskbar is not visible! How can I make it visible?

MS applied an update to Win 11 that has broken Parallels Coherence Mode - the taskbar Icons no longer appear in the Mac Menu Bar as they used to

Is this still an issue or is there a fix?
I run a VPN on the Windows 11 machine and used to be able to check the status in the taskbar on the header, but that is now not possible. Are you adding the network taskbar info the the header?
