Hello - first time poster here. Windows user only.
I have just updated Windows 11 and now get the 'unable to connect to the Parallel access service' message. All of the help seems to relate only to Mac users or virtual windows machines. All I want to do is to reinstall Parallel Access on Windows, but I can't find any way of doing this other than via Mac. I know nothing about this service. It seems to have been installed free with Win 11. I don't want to go back to an earlier version of windows as Acronis had flagged up a critical problem (hence the update). Would appreciate any help.

Thanks so much for your reply. In fact, I solved the problem by uninstalling Parallels Access on Win 11, and then restarting. Simple, but it worked.
