We're test the 2X Application server on a windows 2000 terminal server, however we're getting a problem with colour dept with applications that require at least 16bit colour dept. We've the 2X client for 24bit however this is not being acheived. We're not sure if this a 2X limitation or a Windows 2000 term server limitation. We'd appreciate any help. Thank You
8 bit colour I think Win2k will only give u 8 bit colour. You can always upgrade to Win2k3 server or ThinServer XP which will give u 24 bit colour www.aikotech.com/thinserver.htm
thats correct windows 2000 terminal services only supports 256 colors. You must use Windows 2003 to have higher color
