Windows 7 and Parallels are FROZEN

My windows 7 is completely frozen. I cannot get anything to work. I have tried to force quit on both windows 7 and parallels to no effect. I have powered off the entire computer and restarted and the windows 7 screen comes right back up to the same frozen window. HELP, please. I keep all of my company's books on the windows side because the quickbook version for the Mac is very inferior. Thank you.

@KimberlyS1 please try this KB and also please generate the Problem report using this article.
Please reply us back with the problem report ID number.
So we need this, because the "freezing" issue may appears due to several reason and the report consists of important technical info.
