Windows 7 Desktop Missing

I just installed Parallels and Windows 7, everything works great, except I can not view the windows 7 desktop. It stays on the Mac Desktop, but I can go to the Windows 7 icon on the dock and open up any Windows 7 program I want.
What am I doing wrong or not doing?

Please Exit coherence: Click Parallels Desktop Icon on Mac menu bar > Click View > Exit coherence. and let us know how it works.
