I recently switched from Fusion 3.1 to Parallels 6.
Under Fusion my keyboard worked correctly under Windows 7 (by correctly I mean Windows used the same keyboard mapping/layout as OS X).
Under Parallels lots of mappings are wrong. Especially annoying is that I have to use the right ALT key to get to some keys. On OS X I'm used to use the left ALT key. I tried to remap this using Parallels Preferences but can't get it to work.
Now, as great as Parallels is, with all those 80 new features - how can it be no one thought about keyboard mappings?
