windows 7 os will not resume

hello,

I have parallels v10.3.0 running windows 7. my mac os is el capitan 10.11.3
my windows OS will not resume the windows 7 vm and to my knowledge there is no way of restarting the vm it is perpetually grayed out and only wants to resume. Despite having restarted numerous times. please help

This is due to the problem with accessing the suspended state virtual machine, please follow steps suggested at `http://kb.parallels.com/123331 and let us know if it worked.

Hi. Same problem. I tried the kb (deleting the .mem file and also trashing the file) but to no avail.

Hi LucaC1, please be informed that Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac 11.2.0 (32851) was released and the issue has been addressed. Please update Parallels Desktop to the latest build. Latest version always available here: http://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd11/ Please note that Parallels Tools also needs to be updated (Actions > Update Parallels Tools) and let us know how it works. Actually two power supplies in one case, one for normal operation and one for low power & stand-by.
