Windows 7 Professional, Office 2010 Professional plus activation fails

We've installed Parallels Desktop on a Mac Book last week.

Now we wanted to activate a license for Windows and Office, both activation with different keys fail with errors.
If we call Microsoft, they say, that the Activation-Number is invalid.

We use 100% working OEM licenses and at telephone activation the activation-number gets built by system.

Please help us out.
