Windows 7 & Several Issues

I have two major issues with Windows 7 under Parallels Desktop 4.x

1. Despite a "successful" Parallels Tools installation I cannot find the shared folders. It worked for XP and Vista. In fact my Win 7 install was as an update on my Vista virtual machine.

2. The version of Parallels Internet Security that shipped with PD 4 is not compatible with Windows 7. I was referred to the Kaspersky site, but when I install the latest version it does not recognize my current registration and wants me to buy a new activation code despite the fact that I have 266 days remaining in my current subscription.

Any one resolved either or both of these issues yet?

I have a Desktop icon and in the lower left corner is a little hand that take me to the shared folders.
About internet security I have the same issue, I already create a ticket, I suppose to have an answer for yesterday, by today they didn't picked it yet.

One down, one to go

OK I fixed the shared folders issue. Turns out I had to completely remove Parallels tool that had been installed under Vista and do a complete fresh installation.

The 'Install Parallels Internet Security' option is not available under the Virtual Machine menu when the virtual machine is Windows 7.

I hope that this is going to get fixed soon.
