Windows 7 sleeps or shuts down

Everytime I click on Windows 7 on the dock it says starting windows. Then the windows 7 drive reappears on my desktop. It never did this before. Is this some new "unwanted feature"? I want it to keep running.

It appears that virtual disks are mounted to Mac Desktop
1. Open virtual machine window (Do not click Start).
2. Open virtual machine configuration > switch to Options tab > Sharing> Share Windows > uncheck Mount virtual disks to Mac desktop
