Windows 7 to Mac...What happens to 7?

I am thinking of moving a Windows 7 installation over to my Snow Leopard equipped MacBook and wanted to know:
1. Do you have to re authenticate the Windows 7 install once it makes it into Parallels?
2. What happens to the Windows 7 installation on the PC? Does it crash repeated(more than it currently does), does it invalidate the key, move the key over, or just work as it always has?
 
Hi Arellias,
1. You might need to reactivate transferred Windows in Parallels Desktop virtual machine - hardware changes, and Widnows need to be reactivated
2. Since you will reactivate Widnows in Parallels Desktop, activation on PC most probably will be lost.
