Windows 7 to Windows 7 Share folders- how?

Hello,
I've got two Macs running Parallels 8, both with Windows 7 installed. On one of the Windows 7 VMs I've created a folder called 'ShareThis' that is directly on the local Windows 7 C drive. I need 'ShareThis' to be findable (read/write) on the OTHER Windows 7 VM on the other Mac.

The Macs are networked via LAN. It seems to me the the sharing system should be the same as a basic Windows network but none of the 'sharing settings' are working. Does anyone have advice and/or steps to do a direct Windows to Windows folder share, if both Windows are VMs? Many thanks!
 
In the VM configuration, you have to change the network adapter to Bridged instead of Shared, so all the machines virtual and non virtual are on the same subnet, in Shared networking Parallels creates a sub network inside the Mac for VMs, these sub network in each physical computer cannot communicate with eachother.
