Windows 7 won't boot after last night's upgrade

I updated my macbook air and parallels last night. After windows 7 started up it prompted me to install PL Tools and I didn't but when it restarted it stalled at the welcome screen and it's been there ever since.

I"m new to parallels. Anyone have any ideas?
