Windows 7 won't keep correct Date/Time

I've had an issue for some time where my Windows 7 virtual machine running in Full Screen mode will not keep the correct time. It always slows down and eventually gets hours and then days off - until I manually fix it...

I upgraded to Parallels 8 hoping that would fix the issue, but with no luck.

I'm sure there is a setting somewhere....but I have no idea where, and my previous searches have come up empty.

Any ideas?

I am having the same issue when starting up from suspend mode. Windows 7 shows the last date when I suspended. Any fix, setting that should be made. Seems this started happening after last 8.0 update.
