This began when I updated my machine (Mac Pro ca 2010) to Yosemite (10.10.0) and persists through the update to 10.10.1. If I put my machine to sleep with my Windows 7 virtual machine open, my (ethernet) network connection is fried/inoperable on wake from sleep. Only a restart brings it back. If Parallels is not running, wake from sleep is normal. I am running the latest Parallels 10.

I cannot reproduce on another machine (a 2013 retina MBP) with a Win8 VM using WiFi.

Thanks for any confirmation or solutions, this is very frustrating, thanks.

    Hi Jeremy
Please try and reinstall Parallels tools, if you have not already done so.
