Windows 8 and XBox Smart Glass (and sharing to other devices)?

I have Windows 8 installed on my MacBook Pro, and I'm trying to connect to my XBox to use Smart Glass, but it doesnt seem like my Windows 8 installation can see any other devices on my network.

Does anyone know how I can get this to work?
