Windows 8 Enterprise w/ Express Install Does Not WOrk

I discovered the hard way that you DO NOT want to use the express install feature of Paralells when installing the Enterprise version of Windows 8. The enterprise version WILL NOT normally ask for a product key, but if you use the express install option it will and it will never be accepted. I suspect this works fine for the standard version, but not enterprise. Beware!
 
What's the "express install feature"? I only see one option for installing Windows and that's using the option on the top right (see image below). As you described, I'm prompted for a key that will is never accepted because I'm installing Windows 8 Enterprise.

Is that a work around to this problem? Is there another way to install Windows 8 with parallels?

If I rememeber right, you want to go ahead and choose that option, but on one of the next screens you do not want the express option.
