Windows 8 pro on Retina 13"

I'm running Parallels Desktop 8 and recently upgraded from the Windows 8 Preview Release to a purchased Windows 8 Pro. But after upgrade I cannot load Windows in 'Best for retina' (pin sharp) mode anymore. The whole OS appears in scaled mode (i.e. correct proportions, but very blurred and soft). I have checked the configuration settings and made sure that 'Best for retina' is selected. No matter whether I restart, maximise, resize, adjust resolution, it only stays in 'scaled' mode.

I even installed another instance of Windows 8 Preview Release, and that loaded correctly in 'Best for retina' (pin sharp) mode.

Has this happened to anyone else?
 
Have you tried to reinstall Parallels Tools as a first step? VM menu --> Reinstall Parallels Tools. Also make sure you're on the latest build: Help --> Check for Updates
 
I can't find the option to reinstall Parallels.

I've looked in "Parallels > Preferences" and in "Virtual Machine > "
 
I managed to get the "Reinstall Parallels Tools" link to be clickable and was able to reinstall the tools. This has solved the problem. Thanks!
