With XP and Windows 7 I used Coherence almost exclusively (some games only ran in full screen). With Windows 8 it does not seem to work properly, or I am not doing something correctly. If a program is running and visible on the Windows desktop it shows up great in Parallels Coherence. The trouble is that many programs now open in separate screens (IE, Outlook, the built in Weather app, etc.) and those do not show up in Coherence. I can switch to Windowed or Full Screen and they are there and run as expected, but for the most part only programs on the desktop display properly in coherence. Is there a workaround for this, or are all the separate full screens Windows 8 uses for programs not going to work properly in Parallels 8 coherence?
