in Parallels 14 Mojave's dark mode works great except for the windows applications folder icon (the one that is by default placed in the dock nearby the trash can), which remains lighter than the others when entering dark mode.
this is just a visual glitch that should be easy to fix, I suppose you just need to add a darker version of the windows application folder icon.
