Windows Applications disappears from Desktop

We operate a small health care office and we use a program for billing and scheduling which is a MS Access based program. The problem is that this program disappears when in use on our new IMAC. The problem is intermittent and the staff cannot seem to replicate the problem when requested.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
Not sure why it would disappear but I use Coherence mode and don't get to see the Windows desktop. You can always add frequently used programs to your start menu, which is easy to get to and visible in all Parallels view modes.
