Windows Applications Folder

Hi,
I seem to have two Windows Applications folders. I believe one might be from an older version of Parallels but I am not sure. I am using Parallels for Mac v7.0.1 and have a Windows 7 VM. The two paths are:
~/Applications/Windows 7 Applications
and
~/Applications(Parallels)/Windows 7 Applications

They both seem to have the same apps but I haven't installed anything new lately.

Can someone please tell me which one Parallels is using and can I delete one of them??

Same problem

I also have 2 Windows 7 Applications folders. How about it Parallels? What's up? What's the fix? Months going by...
 
Not a bug, I think

Notice that only one of the locations (~/Applications (Parallels)/Windows 7 Applications) is actually a folder. The other one is an application that links to the other folder.
I think the purpose of this is that the windows 7 applications "app" will appear in the lion launchpad, and that way you can access the windows application folder from the launchpad.
