Windows apps. icon not visible on the Dock in Coherence

Windows apps. icon not visible on the Dock in Coherence tried changing the configuration settings. Created a new Virtual Machine using hdd , Removed Parallels Tools completely and reinstalled it..Not worked.

any suggestions????
 
Found solution...!

Shut down VM and remove Windows 7 Applications folder from <Current User>of Mac Finder-->relaunch Parallels -->start the Windows and switch to Coherence.

OR

Un-install Parallels Tools-->create new VM on same HDD-->re-install parallels Tools-->restart and switch to Coherence.
