Windows Backround Corrupt

Every morning when I start my computer from sleep mode and switch to Parallels (Winx64) I (and everyone else in my project group) get the following corrupt desktop.

Hi MichaelN7,
Have you tired reinstalling Parallels Tools ? Could you please let us know the version & build of Parallels Desktop if reinstalling Parallels Tools did not help? Thanks.
