Windows black screen

After a recent update of parallels I cannot get Windows to load. I have tried numerous times and sometimes I get just a black screen, and other times a black screen with strange coloured pixels towards the top of the screen. I am running Windows 10 and MacOS Sierra.

Hi MichaelK17. Please start the virtual machine, select Actions (from the Mac menu bar) -> Take Snapshot. Again select Actions -> Reset and check if it works fine.

Sathiya@Parallels I have the same problem and trying the suggestion above did not resolve the problem!
