Hi there, I have Windows 10. Mac OSX.1011.4 - I received the "Windows cannot access \\Mac\home\desktop" message when trying to open Windows. I cannot click anywhere in the Windows 10 window. I can click the top horizontal menu at the top of the computer screen - but nothing in the Window itself The Window is also only showing the Recycle Bin - no files. By hitting the enter button I could make the message disappear but now I can't seem to access anything in Windows 10. I tried - Action->Reinstall Parallels Tools - and restarted but still the same. Any ideas? Thanks for your time.
Another message comes up saying "tap to choose what happens with this disc" but I can't tap anywhere - as I say above the screen inside the Windows window is frozen.

Hi, Try the following to fix this, 1. Stop your virtual machine, Actions->Stop. 2. Restart the Windows and follow the steps from this article. If the issue still persists, share a screenshot of the window where you are struck and we will look into it.

Hi I have got the same problem and i did every step as listed and untick the shared profile thing but when i go to reboot parallel from windows i can't press anywhere to go to control panel

Hello @DanielC3 , Please try this solution and check how it goes! If the issue persists, please check "isolate Windows from Mac" and reinstall Parallels Tools. Once the Parallels Tools are installed, uncheck "isolate Windows from Mac" and check the behaviour.
