Windows cannot access \\Mac\Home\Desktop

I keep getting the message "Windows cannot access \\Mac\Home\
Desktop". I tried re-installing Parallels ToolBox, but can't select on the popup (mouse cursor not showing, button clicks make no difference).

Desktop". I tried re-installing Parallels ToolBox, but can't select on the popup (mouse cursor not showing, button clicks make no difference).

Reinstalling Parallels Toolbox will not resolve this issue but reinstalling Parallels Tools will. Parallels Toolbox and Parallels Tools are different.
