Windows cannot access \\mac\home\desktop

The software hasn't worked for me for a few weeks.
Mac ver 11.5.2
Paralles Ver 17.0.0 (51461)
I get the "windows cannot access \\mac\home\desktop" message
I try to fix it in two different way without success

Hi DrorC,

i had the same problem - my solution. to reinstall the toolbox software. but be aware: in the first step, i not see the installation in the concrete windows installation (after install in macOS).
it just works after install again or separately under windows ...
