I did the update today to Parallels 19.3.1, and now I do not have access to \\Mac\Home\Desktop and other Mac folders. Help! Parallels has Full Disk Access on the Mac. I have reinstalled Parallels Tools. How can I get this working, I have apps that need access to Mac files! What changed?

Thank you for finally replying, I fixed it 3 days ago. Please pass on that they do a little more testing on their updates so they don't break our installations! To fix it: - verified Parallels had full disk access - Reinstall Parallel Tools - Restart Windows VM - RESTART MAC (the missing piece) What did Parallels do that I had to restart the whole computer???
