I did the update today to Parallels 19.3.1, and now I do not have access to \\Mac\Home\Desktop and other Mac folders. Help!
Parallels has Full Disk Access on the Mac. I have reinstalled Parallels Tools.
How can I get this working, I have apps that need access to Mac files!
    What changed?

    Hello,
In order to investigate your issue further, could you please provide the following:
    1. Reproduce the issue.
    2. Collect a technical report (click Parallels icon || > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID.
    Regards,

Thank you for finally replying, I fixed it 3 days ago. Please pass on that they do a little more testing on their updates so they don't break our installations!

    To fix it:
    - verified Parallels had full disk access
    - Reinstall Parallel Tools
    - Restart Windows VM
    - RESTART MAC (the missing piece)

What did Parallels do that I had to restart the whole computer???

Hi - I just did an update and I am getting this issue now. The steps mentioned do not appear to work. Was there anything missing from your steps perhaps?
