Windows CE Client v8.1.875 Internal Application Error

Hi all,
I install the 2x Windows CE Client v8.1.875 on my ce 6 os device.
I create a conneciton successfully and I got some session shortcut in my "info" tab.
As I click the shortcut, a msg "Internal Application Error" pops up and failed in connecting.

I have tested my virtualdesktopserver in xp and linux and it works well.

Any idea about my condition?

the following is the debug msg from KITL:

can you please go to the client and try to open the menu item Help - Control version.

what happens ?

I check the control version. It's "6.0.6000 (60)."
My OS is windows ce 6.0 R2.
The hardware is under x86 architecture.

this means that there are no dependencies issues
i suggest you contact support as this can be incompatability with the model or os stack.
how many devices do you plan to use?
p.s. try a desktop session as well.
 
Does anyone get the support from 2X to solve the problem? I got the same error and I contacted support to solve the problem two weeks ago. I did not get any response yet. If anyone has the solution, please tell me here. Thanks.
