windows continously crashes...please help?

Hello all,

I have upgraded to 3188 build. It's been a nightmare. Windows continously crashes and reboots. I can't see the blue screen when it crashes, for it takes 1/2 second to start reboot. Any help will be highly appreciated. I have tried lots of things but have not been successful.

have you started windows in safe mode ?

if you can boot in safe mode, uninstall parallels tools and then try to reboot... are you using bootcamp or a plain VM ? a little more description is needed.
