Windows could not create a partition on disk 0

Hello to all
I tried to install windows 10 in an external HD, but always when the installation is ready to start a error message appears:
Windows could not create a partition on disk 0.
And the installation is canceled.
It's only happens with windows 10, because I already installed windows 7 without problems.
Attached a screenshot of the message.
