Windows Cursor Hangs

From time to time (several times a day, actually) the mouse cursor on my Windows 7 guest OS becomes unresponsive for 15 or more seconds. The keyboard still works but I can't move the mouse cursor or click with the trackpad. The mouse cursor is fine if I switch out of the guest OS but it's still frozen when I switch back in. There doesn't seems to be any rhyme or reason to it. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I'm running Parallels Build 7.0.15098 under OSX version 10.7.4.
