Windows data missing after uninstalling Parallels Tools

Hi,

I am running Parallels Desktop 7 on my MacBookPro, with Windows 7.

I received an error, 'Unable to connect to sound1'. I googled, and found a suggestion to uninstall Paralells Tools, and then re-install it.

I did that, but now I lost all the data on the Windows side!

If I look on the Mac side in Finder, all my sub directories and files are there, but on the Windows side, I do not get it!

How do I restore my Windows please!

Right, after logging a support call, Parallels support staff sorted my problem! Re-installes Parallels Tools, and all is back and functioning again!
