Windows Default Langauges

I have a Macbook Retina Pro 15 with a US keyboard but which I use in the UK so have the default languages in both Yosemite and Windows 7 set to English UK.

However in Parallels whatever I do the langauge keeps to reverting back to English US. On Word 2013 if you change the language at the bottom it immediately changes back. It's driving me a bit crazy especially on differences between US/UK spelling.

Anyone?

Hello Ben,
Please (re) install Parallels Tools as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/115835 ,Keyboard layouts in Parallels Desktop are inherited from Mac side, please follow the steps suggests at http://kb.parallels.com/111674 to change te keyboard layout in Windows and check if the issue still persisting.

Thank you. After changing the Mac language, reinstalling tools and setting the Office language to match Windows it now defaults to English UK. Thanks!

Sorry I take that back. It held for a few seconds and then reverted to English US. Can you offer any other help?
