Windows Display Issues

I am running parallels 10 on my macbook pro. I am trying to get the display (control panel, hardware and sound, display) to stay on to 100%. Every time I change it and log out it goes back to custom 199%. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can try to resolve the problem?
