Windows does not load, no error message

Running Parallels 16 on macOS 11.6 - I open Parallels, it shows Windows 10 Suspended and the big triangle button. I hit the button, shows a message Resuming Windows. Then it's a big blank black screen with the mouse pointer. No error messages. I'm a bit lost on my options at this point. Parallels shows that the system is up to date. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
